Diabetes Mellitus is a lifestyle disorder.
What does Lifestyle disorder means?
It means wrong eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, wrong sleeping patterns, chronic stress, negative approach towards life.
If you want to fix Diabetes..
You need to fix your lifestyle.
Diabetes is glucose mismanagement in body.
You generally say i am eating same food since years why i am getting problems now?
Diabetes does not start from day it is diagnosed.
 Now doctor asked to start medication.
Glucose control drug started now, and it’s vicious circle. You eat medicine glucose drop, so doctor asked to eat more glucose in diet.
Now you are trying to treat problem with problem itself.
In this situation dosage will keep on increasing and day will come when doctor will say now medication is not able to control sugar levels, you have to start insulin!!
OMG!! all got messed up..
So when it all started, years back when you was prediabetic.
Sooner you response, easier you recover.
People who are very active & take care of their diet does not go through diabetes type 2.
This can be controlled only if you have a strong will power. Doctor’s prescribed medicine is not always the solution.
We have been able to control diabetes of  lot of our clients with regular monitoring.
Carbohydrates & Proteins plays a very important role, so whatever you eat makes the whole difference.
Where as diabetes Type 1 is related to genetic disorder. If mother & father are having type 1 it may pass on to children.
In this body does not produce insulin, as a result body is not able to regulate glucose levels.  Sometimes it can happen due to your own immune system.
But living normal life with Type 1 is also possible.
